iBMS performs global, centralized and unified monitoring and management of all subsystems, storing, displaying and managing integrated subsystem information on one platform. It accurately and comprehensively reflects real-time operating information, historical data and operating trends of each subsystem, and dynamically monitors key areas in real time for pre-warning, improving response capability to emergencies.

Virsical iBMS supports 2D vector electronic maps and VR/AR live electronic maps. Devices of building intelligence subsystems can be marked as icons on the map, which rotate, zoom and pan with it. Clicking an icon reads and displays real-time device data through the IoT data platform and can send device control commands.

Visualized Management

iBMS adopts an extremely flexible electronic map system, i.e. the “configuration map” system, which supports arbitrary relationships of maps, plans, diagrams, floor plans and device originals. Users can draw maps themselves and place icons, text boxes and charts anywhere, with colors and dynamics indicating the current device status. Commands can also be issued to devices through the configuration map.

Based on the park upgrade project of an industrial automation benchmark enterprise and centered on green, healthy, smart and ecological construction concepts, an integrated IBMS building integration solution was built. The enterprise has the strong capacity to produce 240,000 CNC systems per year and completed a comprehensive smart renovation of the park in 2023.

Delivered under an EPC model, the project built three core platforms — IoT, Smart Park and Smart Office — coordinating network architecture, security protection and data access systems. Audio/video, security access and building management systems were deployed across the park, deeply integrating energy, PV, building control, parking and elevator control modules. Through unified data fusion and digital model enablement, full device interconnection was achieved, activating space data value and building a benchmark of an efficient, collaborative, low-carbon modern smart industrial park.
